Advertise and Recruit Qualified Candidates
Our expertise, client base and network of contacts broadens the client’s recruitment base by accessing new and varied sources. Advice on legislation, advertising and wage subsidies assists our clients.
Evaluate Applicants and “Short List”
All qualified applicants will be interviewed and references confirmed to ensure quality referrals. Resumes of recommended candidates along with interview and support data will be forwarded to the client. The client may contact references again to obtain specific information, then conduct interviews and make the final selection.
Mediate the Interviewing and Hiring
SOLUTIONS will schedule interviews, make the employment offer, advise the candidates that have not been selected and assist the client and candidate to reach agreement on terms of employment.
Fee and Guarantee for Permanent Placements
Staffing Solutions‘ fees for permanent placement vary by position and will depend on the range of responsibilities and the reporting level. There are classifications such as: general labour, technical, administrative, accounting, management, executive, etc., with a range of fees within each. The fee is based on a percentage of annual remuneration and Staffing Solutions reserves the right to determined both the job classification and the fees. Fees will be confirmed upon receipt of the job order. Our services may include recruitment-advertising campaigns at an additional 10% administrative charge. Staffing Solutions is happy to offer discounted rates for exclusive job orders.”
Staffing Solutions provides a replacement guarantee for permanent placements
If the recruitment proves not satisfactory during the guarantee period, Staffing Solutions will provide a replacement candidate. The guarantee period covers 350 hours of employment for all classifications other than Executive, Managerial and Supervisory personnel which are three months.
