Solutions Personalitly Profile

This test will give a brief and comprehensive measure of an individual across five dimensions of personality. Employers may use the results to aid in decision-making and to understand the individual’s personality. SPP can be administered in both individual and group settings.

Purdue Pegboard Test

Need someone with good coordination and dexterity of hands, fingers and arms? This test measures gross motor movements of the hands, fingers and arms as well as fingertip dexterity when selecting employees for various industrial jobs, such as assembly, production, packing, general factory work and operation of machinery.

Personnel Aptitude Test

Are you interested in knowing the general aptitude of your employees? This test tests the individual for business and industrial settings across three areas; Vocabulary, Arithmetic reasoning and spatial reasoning. It is a useful selection tool in hiring and placing applicants and is also highly predictive of their success in learning situations. This test can be administered in both individual and group settings.

Staffing Solutions also offers a variety of skill testing screening tools, such as typing, literacy, word usage and numeracy. Custom or specialized testing such as color grading and machine operation is available upon request.
